Daren Jacobs gained his degree in Philosophy and Psychology (specialising in the Philosophy of Mind, Cognition and Creative Thought) before running the Brighton branch of The Big Issue Magazine. He then trained as an actor at The Drama Studio and worked as a professional actor for 10 years in theatre, television and film.

For the past 12 years, he has worked extensively with a wide range of organisations to deliver training and development programmes in communication, presentation and performance management skills.

Seven years ago, Daren began working with the Mythodrama methodology and he now delivers Mythodrama programmes to a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors all over the world. He has delivered programmes to a large number of schools and colleges and spoken at many schools and Head teacher conferences in his role as a lead presenter at Contender Charlie.
