Medicare Advantage Plan is a bundled plan for low to no income buyers. If the customer answered YES to the web form question: Do you have Medicaid, receive extra help on your medications or have a low income subsidy? an additional question will appear on the web form asking if they’re interested in receiving a quote for a Medicare Advantage Plan. If the customer answered NO to the said web form question, they will receive a quote for Medical Supplement.
Important Reminder: If the customer immediately answers after just mentioning Medicaid (in the web form question stated above), make sure to ask the rest of the question as this will determine the type of quote they will receive.
