Summer Updates from CFC: Our Market, New Intern, DevOur Campus and a new Zine!
August updates, 2025
Greetings, CFC community! We're thrilled to share some exciting updates and milestones with you. Here's a rundown of what's been happening at Concordia Food Coalition.
Our weekly market has been buzzing with activity, featuring a diverse range of local vendors and sustainable products. From fresh produce to artisanal goods, the market remains a cornerstone of our efforts to promote local food systems and community engagement. We even have new FREE market stickers!
We're delighted to introduce Bry, our new Market Intern! Bry joins us with a passion for sustainable food practices and community development. They'll be working closely with vendors, managing logistics, and enhancing the market experience for all participants. Say hello to Bry next time you visit!
In our latest endeavor, we've launched the "Campus Community Kitchens" zine. This creative publication highlights the importance of communal cooking spaces on campus, offering tips, recipes, and stories from our community members. Whether you're a seasoned chef or new to cooking, this zine is packed with inspiration for using our campus kitchens to their fullest potential.
As always, there are many ways to get involved with CFC and support our mission:
