CCA Juniors will attend this event as a field trip
Our 26th annual college planning event for high school juniors and their families will take place at Southern New Hampshire University on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This free event will feature college planning workshops sessions led by college representatives and school counselors on various elements of the college process, an opportunity to tour and dine at Southern New Hampshire University, and a college fair featuring both local and national colleges. Registration is required for all attendees.

Lions Club Scholarship opportunity
In memory of former members George Siegel, Harold W. Walker and Dr. Harry Vlokel, the Concord Lions Club will award four $5,000 scholarships to assist with the pursuit of a post-secondary degree. The award will be given to students with interest in careers that serve to improve sight and hearing, or other medical or service careers.
Consideration will be given to recommendations based on student’s scholastic aptitude, character, and leadership in school and community service activities. Students with visual and auditory impairments are encouraged to apply. Financial need for assistance with books and supplies is a determining factor.

Area residents who are attending one of the following schools:
Concord High School
Merrimack Valley High School
Bishop Brady High School
Bow High School
Concord Christian School
New Hampshire Technical Institute
