Tips
If you’re offline, any changes you make won't sync with your computer or other people's calendars until you're online again.
After you install the app, connect to the internet and sign in to your Google Account. Then, your account will be synced and you can use Google Calendar offline.
Important: Google Calendar can only be used on your mobile device when offline. You cannot use Google Calendar on the web while your computer is offline.
Prep in the “greenroom”
Now that you’re working from home, it’s important to be aware of your background. What would you like on camera, what do you want to move out of view of your colleagues? Consider using Google Meet's backgrounds or background blur for chaotic surroundings.
Make sure you look how you would like on camera. Decide if you would like to enter the meeting on mute or unmuted. Google Meet will automatically mute participants once multiple participants have already joined the call. This is to cut down on noise chaos and feedback.
Use a headset/headphones
Using a headset or headphones will help to cut out background noise. This will make it easier for you to hear and for others to hear you.
Enabling noise cancellation in Google Meet audio settings will also help reduce background noise.
Test your audio
Make sure that Google Meet is connected to the proper microphone and speakers
