This is my second year as a school counselor, and first year to Compton High. I am extremely excited to be one of the 9th grade counselors this year, helping students as they transition from middle school to high school.
As a counselor, my mission is to advocate for students and ensure that all students learn the skills to advocate for themselves and access opportunities that allow them to reach their full potential. I strive to provide an accepting and trusting environment so that students confidently know they can turn to me for support.

I've been a School Counselor going on 20 years. I served for 10 years at the Elementary Level, 4 Years at the Middle School, and Going on 5 years at the High School. I've had the pleasure of helping student go from elementary all the way to a graduating senior. It's been a wonderful journey seeing the growth and success that students have achieved.
