You SHOULD:

• wear suitable clothing, for example mountain boots and long pants;

bring some water;

• climb to the Rocca in the early morning or late in the afternoon, especially in summer.

You MUST :

• follow the trails already provided for people;

• walk your dog on a lead;

You MUSTN'T :

• pick the flowers;

• climb on the ruins;

• have picnics outside the designated areas;

• leave your waste behind because it’s a nature reserve.
