Mediation is a confidential process in which a qualified neutral helps parties resolve any disputes they may be experiencing.  Mediation can occur for a variety of topics.  During this process you will see both Kayleen and Joe together.  We believe in a balanced approach to mediation and always utilize a co-mediation format with one male and one female at no additional cost. This style is helpful in creating a comfortable setting for both parties. This form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) when successful, allows parties to keep the decision making in their hands, avoid costly litigation, and help preserve valuable time.

We offer the following mediations at this time:

Facilitative mediation: The goal of this form of mediation is to use the mediators to help facilitate conversation in order to come up with an agreeable solution by both parties.

Evaluative mediation surrounding custody and parenting time issues: This form of mediation looks to offer parents an evaluative opinion on what would likely be the outcome of a full custody and parenting time evaluation. The goal is to then use that information to help facilitate settlement agreements between parents.
