Those who participate in life coaching can expect to meet a minimum of once per week. These accountability meetings are  designed to review progress and determine next steps to reach your ultimate goal.  We will meet one on one for 20-30 minutes via zoom or telephone. Life coaching looks a little different based on your specific goals and individual needs.  Using SMART goals and solution focused techniques, this personalized approach helps create lasting behavioral change.  You will receive motivation and encouragement to make positive transformation in your life while working to achieve your goals.
