Vendor Fair & Lunch | 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- We'll kick off the day at 11 am with a vibrant vendor fair featuring exclusive vendors from across the state. Take time to mingle with colleagues and explore our sponsor booths before the meeting portion of the event begins.

A catered sit-down buffet-style lunch and a coffee bar will be provided, offering a variety of delicious options, including gluten-free and vegan choices.

Statewide Meeting | 1:00 PM - 2:30
- During the meeting portion of the event, you’ll hear from our inspiring keynote speaker, Melanie Klein, gain valuable market insights, and receive important state-of-the-business updates from Compass leadership—including Founder & CEO, Robert Reffkin. We’ll provide an in-depth look at each of our Colorado markets, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and the strategic goals and initiatives we’re driving toward as we move into Q3.
