Colorado ACU (Annual Commission Update) Courses - This 4-hour course is required to maintain your Real Estate license year over year. ACU sessions will cover compliance issues, regulation, contract/forms & legislation, and general practice
Coaching & CE with First Alliance Title - Our title & escrow partners, First Alliance Title, offer a variety of courses ranging from sessions on lead generation to new contract forms. Classes that do offer CE credit will be labeled as such
OriginPoint - Our lending partners, OriginPoint offer a variety of classes focused on empowering you to advise your clients
Navigate - Whether you're launching your career or looking for ways to fine-tune your daily practices, Navigate will help you refine your business operations, maximize the Compass platform, and help you gain more control in your day-to-day
Camp Compass - Colorado's day-long onboarding experience, where new agents/team members will have the opportunity to network with their peers and learn more about the Compass platform, marketing tools & resources, and Colorado-specific guidelines.

Third-Party Coaching - Each of the coaches included in this offering is certified in the Compass platform, and many of their sessions are exclusive to Compass agents only. Once you find a session that is right for you, book it using your marketing dollars!
Compass Academy - Become an expert on Compass tools with curated videos and live webinars designed to help you grow your business.
Compass CORE - CORE is an immersive 8-week in-house coaching program that explores foundational components of real estate, best practices from top Compass agents nationwide, and proven methods that utilize Compass tools to achieve the highest return on investment
MOMENTum Mondays - These 30-minute sessions spend 15 minutes talking through best practices and strategies with your peers from across the country, and the next 15 minutes taking action
6AMers - In 6 AMers, a combination of Compass employees and Agents coming together to form a truly incredible and supportive community
