Camp Compass

Camp Compass is Colorado's onboarding experience, where new agents/team members will have the opportunity to network with their peers and learn more about the Compass platform, marketing tools & resources, and Colorado-specific guidelines. 

We offer two Camp Compass Trainings:

Option 1: In Person Camp Compass:

• Our bread and butter- a deep dive of the Compass platform and tools so you have all the information necessary to run your business.

• Held once monthly from 9:00am-2:30pm at the Cherry Creek office.

• Lunch is provided during this session.

Option 2: Virtual Camp Compass:

• Condensed overview of the Compass platform.

• Held the first Thursday of the month from 10-11:30am.

• The Google Meet link is on the Denver, Boulder, and MTN Agent Calendar. 

• This session doesn't go over Marketing Center but we send an email with Marketing Center training.
