PART TWO: BUYER AGREEMENTS

In the same way you feel empowered to have an exclusive listing agreement, now you’ll feel the same way by having an exclusive buyer representation agreement. This challenge will honor the agents who secure the most Buyer Representation Contracts, showcasing dedication and effectiveness in serving our clients' needs.

At RETREAT, I shared that I believe this market is your greatest opportunity disguised as a challenge. Real estate is a people business and despite the fear that exists in the market today, there are thousands of agents that are having their best year ever because they are spending more time in person with people. In other words, whoever connects the most, grows the most.
