What are the Challenge Dates?

The challenge begins on January 1st, 2024 and will run for 100 days, concluding on April 9th 2024.

How is Compass helping me succeed at this challenge? 

Starting on Monday, November 27th there will be daily 30-minute training and mastermind sessions added to your calendar that will run through the end of the year. These sessions will be focused on making sure that you feel fully equipped to succeed at this challenge! Additionally, we have a fully stacked resource page, found here, that includes tips, scripts, and strategies that will continue to grow and be shared throughout the 100 days to help you build your skills and creativity around this. Can I work with my team to get the most points?

While we strongly encourage you to work with your teams during this Challenge, the winners will be chosen based on their individual score, not team score. If you are a part of a team, we encourage you to use your own CRM, not your shared team CRM. Activities logged in a team CRM will not be tracked. 

Where can I find a Buyer Representation Agreement for my state?

Each state has its own Buyer Agreement. If you do not have it already, contact your sales manager or broker of record and they will be able to provide it and answer any questions you might have.

How do I get points for Buyer Representation Agreements? 

All Buyer’s Agreements must be dated between January 1st, 2024 and April 9th, 2024. If you began working with your buyer before January 1st, 2024 then it does not count towards the challenge, even if it is uploaded after January 1st.

At the end of the 100 days we will send you a link to a survey where you will input how many agreements you have signed. For the prize winners, we will ask to verify by requesting a copy of those agreements.

How do I get points for In-Person interactions?  

Add any in-person interactions into your Compass platform using Performance Tracker or through the CRM on your mobile app. Each NEW in-person interaction counts as 1 point! 

Can I count a different interaction but with the same person?

Unique in-person connections, only. It can be someone you've met before or know previously, but they only count once. The goal is to meet with 100 separate people by the end of this challenge in order to expand your sphere by 100 people over the course of 100 Days.

Do FaceTime/Zoom calls count?

No! The goal is to shake more hands, give more hugs, and get closer to your clients than ever before -- OFF the screen! 

Can I have in person interactions tracked outside of the platform and share them later? 

All in-person interactions should be tracked on the platform to be counted for the challenge. 

How will this be tracked? 

Every time you have an in-person activity or sign a buyer representation agreement, you’ll need to log a detailed note in Performance Tracker (Click these links to watch a video on how to do this on desktop (click this link to see video) and mobile (click this link to see video).

Each in-person activity OR signed buyer representation agreement will count as 1 point. At the end of the challenge the points will be tallied and the winners declared! 

Will I be able to see how I'm tracking as I go? 

You are enabled to see a weekly view of your total interactions through the Performance Tracker on the Compass Platform, however there is not a way to see a view of the entire 100 days or only in-person interactions. 

When will I know if I've won? 

At the conclusion of the Challenge on April 9, 2024, the team will #movefast to tally all the top scores from across the country. We will announce the winners on Wednesday, May 1st, and request copies of Buyer's Agreements from the winners at that point!

Can I win both agent prizes? 

Yes! If you’re in the top 25 agents for both Total In-Person Points & highest number of Total Signed Buyer’s Agreements, then you will receive both prizes. 

How long do I have to use my winnings?

Any prize that has a financial value (i.e. $ toward a client appreciation event or Compass Coaching Marketplace funds) must be used by December 31, 2024. Winnings will not roll over to the new year.
