🚗Transfers
A shuttle service will be available from the airport to Erice and back, operating at scheduled times: the driver will hold a sign with the name of the Ettore Majorana Foundation to guide you to the shuttle upon arrival at the airports. A noticeboard at the Foundation's entrance will be updated daily with the departure times for the following day.

🏨Accomodation & Meals
There, your accommodation will be assigned to a local affiliated residence or hotel according to availability. You will also receive the conference badge, which grants you access to lunch and dinner at selected partner restaurants and must be presented at the restaurant's entrance (beverages are paid separately by the participant). Breakfast is included. A welcome bag will also be provided, including useful information, such as a map of Erice, a list of affiliated restaurants, and the conference programme.
Participants with food allergies or dietary restrictions are invited to inform the restaurant staff, who will do their best to accommodate individual needs.
Given the characteristics of the location, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes during your stay in Erice.
📃Poster session
Participants who have submitted an abstract may go to the San Rocco venue to display their poster for the entire duration of the conference. The poster number corresponding to each contribution is indicated in the Book of Abstracts, provided with the bag.
