Our annual Trunk or Treat event is now a spooky tradition at La Châtaigneraie! The school parking lot is transformed into a festive space with cars (parked, engines off) featuring creatively decorated trunks. Costumed children walk through the lot, stopping at each car to receive candy, fruit, or small items.
Trunk or Treat invites everyone to join in the fun of costumes, candy, and cultural celebrations. Although mainly geared towards Primary Students, older students are welcome too—it's always a night to remember!
The magic of Trunk or Treat depends on YOU! We want many decorated trunks as possible to make the night spook-tacular. Watch this space for next year's signups!
You can go spooky (think mummies!) or playful (pumpkins galore!). If you prefer not to use your car, we’ll set up a table for you to decorate. You’re welcome to add games or activities to your station too!
No need to worry about candy—the PTA has that covered. All you need to do is decorate, show up, and have fun!
This year La Châtaigneraie families had a fang-tastic night of fun at our Trunk or Treat event! It was a boo-tiful chance for kids to enjoy safe trick-or-treating with their friends, complete with tons of treats (not just candy!) and a cauldron full of Halloween fun!
