You can start your application with FAFSA (https://studentaid.gov/) starting December 2023. Be sure that you are on the correct website if you are using google to search since fake websites exists. You will be filling out confidential information. When you create your account, put your username and password in a safe place to remember. It is recommended that the students fill out their own financial aid or college applications with parents on standby.
You will need:
Both the student and parent need to create an FSA ID
Social Security Number
Your own mobile phone and/or email address
It is recommended that students fill out financial aid on their own-accompanied by a parent.
