(For Viewing Dropped Student Grades)
If you teach students from multiple locations, please remember to change your school site and post directions for all grade levels and schools.
Please note the tentative posting dates for the 2025-26 school year. These dates illustrate the day when the posting window will be opened.
Please note that school posting deadlines will be set by individual school admin within the posting window for the specific marking period.
These dates do NOT indicate when grades should be entered, as assignments and scores should be entered frequently. Each school administrator will share and enforce these guidelines with their staff. Remember parents see all updates to the grade book data via parent portal in real time.
Each school reserves the right to set their own grade posting timeframe within the district window .
*These dates are subject to change due to any change in the overall school calendar, but are the current projected dates.
If a student is moved from one section to another, teachers are responsible for moving their grades to the new section. Directions may be found below.
K-2 academic courses will receive a 1-4 score as a 9 week grade.
All rotations and study skills should receive an S,N, or U posted. *Remember that some schools may schedule one or more of these courses to the homeroom teacher.
We recommend that you verify posting by running a Grades Report.
At the end of the year, teachers will need to post a Pass/Fail status in Infinite Campus for all courses. Directions will be posted at that time.
