We were warmly welcomed at Cedide School Center in Denizli, Turkey, where the principal graciously opened the doors of his institution to our Erasmus+ EDUCROSS delegation. This third phase of the project brought together two teachers from El Prat School (Spain), two Slovenian participants, and a teacher and student from Poland, fostering cross-cultural collaboration.
The visit began with a delightful reception featuring traditional Turkish pastries and coffee, followed by an insightful tour of the school’s facilities. The principal highlighted the center’s educational resources and innovative practices, showcasing its commitment to excellence in learning and international cooperation.
This enriching experience strengthened bonds between participating institutions and underscored the importance of cultural exchange and shared knowledge within the Erasmus+ framework. An inspiring step forward in our journey toward global educational synergy!
During our first icebreaker activity, we embarked on a fascinating tour of the Cedide School Center facilities, exploring everything from the classrooms to the library and kitchen. On the second day, we were surprised with a unique gastronomic experience, immersing ourselves in the flavors of a traditional Turkish lunch. This culinary journey allowed us to appreciate the rich cultural heritage of Turkey through its delicious cuisine.
Following lunch, we engaged in a series of fun and interactive 'scouting' games. These activities provided an entertaining way to foster teamwork, enhance collaboration, and explore new skills. Those games encouraged problem-solving and communication, they also promoted strategic thinking and coordination.
To conclude the day, we took a leisurely stroll through the picturesque city of Denizli, uncovering its hidden gems and immersing ourselves in the local culture. The day was filled with discoveries and unforgettable moments, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Turkey.

On our last day, we had the unique opportunity to learn archery under the guidance of the skilled instructor and his team at the center. They patiently taught us the precise techniques required to hit the target, making it an engaging and memorable experience for everyone involved.
Following this activity, we shared a delightful lunch with the teaching staff, savoring authentic Turkish cuisine that showcased the rich flavors and traditions of the region. The meal provided a warm setting for bonding and reflection on the week's activities.
In the afternoon, we focused on developing eTwinning projects, which fostered collaboration and digital literacy among participants. Meanwhile, students participated in an exciting 'Spelling Bee' competition, which not only tested their language skills but also encouraged teamwork and friendly competition.
To conclude our journey, we held an emotional farewell ceremony, marking the end of this extraordinary experience of international learning and collaboration. The trip was truly unforgettable, leaving us with cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for cultural exchange.
