More than 90% of colleges and universities across the U.S. offer college credit, advanced placement, or both for a score of 3 or higher on an AP Exam. This can potentially save students thousands of dollars in college tuition.
Dual Enrollment is the process of a student taking college level courses that are also being used for their high school credits. This opportunity allows for the student to obtain a transcript from the participating college or university upon completion of their courses.
To see our Dual Enrollment course offerings, as well as the college the courses are offered through, see pages 17-19 in our Program of Studies.
Helpful Reminders:
To obtain Dual Enrollment credit, the student must complete both the application process and the enrollment process, which differ due to individual partnership requirements.
Students MUST keep a record of dual enrollment classes taken (class name, year, semester, & teacher) and the participating colleges where credit has been earned. Students can then use this when applying to colleges to determine which credits will transfer.
Graduating students looking to send Dual Enrollment transcripts to their attending school should request their transcripts from the college who offered the Dual Enrollment courses.
