I create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions, bodies, and traumas. We work together to figure out what is out of balance in your life and I’ll be there with you as you take steps to make sustainable change.
I provide in person and telehealth sessions for clients. Tools that I use in session to support my clients include mindfulness, DBT, movement, dance, and talk therapy techniques. My training and experiences support me in working with people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, who have epilepsy, and who have experienced trauma.
