Running is a very deeply ingrained movement pattern that uses a lot of muscle and places a high demand on our cardiovascular system. The good news is; our bodies are made for it. However, new runners often do too much, too soon. When fatigue sets in, form breaks down, when form breaks down we end up teaching ourselves poor technique, which leads to injuries or burnout.
In this program, we break proper running mechanics down into various strength exercises and put them into routines and schedule them on your calendar. This allows you to practice and strengthen muscles used for running.
