WPES Choir

I'm so excited that your child is interested in joining the Winget Park Choir. The choir is open to any interested 4th and 5th grade students. Being a member of an ensemble is a very rewarding experience for students. They will learn dedication and teamwork, and it will enrich the musical skills that they learn during classroom music time. I congratulate your child for wanting to dedicate extra time to the Winget Park Choir.

Please carefully read through the attendance and behavior policies found in the linked document so you are aware of the expectations. The attendance policy will be strictly enforced. Students are required to sign in at each rehearsal. Chorus rehearsals will take place on Thursday mornings at 8:00 a.m.

The Winget Park Choir represents our school at a variety of events throughout the year. Last year we participated in outreach at a local nursing home, Arts Night, Honor Society Inductions, Carowinds Music in the Parks Festival, and the 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony. We will participate in those activities and more this year! I look forward to more performance opportunities for the choir this year!
