Organize Google Drive
Creating a Folder:
- On the left Click the NEW>Folder
- Enter the Name
- Click Create
- Change the Color >Right Click (r/c) and select change color
- Moving a folder
- r/c the folder and select Move to..
- Select the folder you want to move to
- Make a copy of a file
- Select File-Make a Copy (if document is open)
- r/c and select make a copy
- You can then move the copy, rename it or delete it
Calendar
- Open Calendar
- To change any of your settings, go to the top right corner and click the gear symbol
- Create a new calendar by opening settings and selecting the calendar tab...then click Create new calendar or...
- Under My Calendars click the triangle and select Create New Calendar
Forms
- Forms can be used to collect information, give an assessment or conduct a survey
- Create a form under the NEW button in your Drive...then select more -> Google Forms
- Name the form and start adding questions, videos, or images
- When the form is complete you can send it to whomever or you copy the link and send it in an e-mail.

Spreadsheets
- You can create a new spreadsheet in your Google Drive or in the App Google Sheets.
- Sorting data can be performed under the Data tab. You can sort A-Z, Z-A or custom
- Coloring cells, rows, or columns is done by selecting the item you want to color and clicking the spilling bucket on the toolbar
- Once colored you can sort by color! Use Conditional Formatting
- Charts are created by selecting the range and then inserting a chart from the INSERT menu. Charts are a very powerful visual tool
