TRANSCRIPTS BASICS
A transcript is like a report card that covers all four years of high school. It includes all the classes you have taken and the final course grades you earned. It shows your GPA (grade point average) and total credits earned along with other information colleges and employers find helpful.
Each spring, students receive a transcript during the registration process for the upcoming school year. If you need a transcript outside of this time, please visit Student Services and speak with your counselor.
SENDING YOUR TRANSCRIPTS
Students who are moving from one school to another must complete a withdrawal form so that all of their school records can be sent to the new school. To complete the withdrawal process, contact Hopewell High School's Registrar or Student Services Secretary.
The easiest and fastest way to send your transcript to a college or university in North Carolina is through CFNC (College Foundation of North Caroline).
