I am a 5th grade teacher at Sharon Elementary.  This will be my 31st year teaching for CMS. My first eleven years of  teaching, I taught middle school science.  I have taught fifth grade here at Sharon for 19 years. 

 I graduated from  Va. Tech with both an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in education.

I grew up in Salem, Virginia and I am the youngest of four siblings in my family. I moved to Charlotte in 1994. I am married, blessed to have two children, and a dog, Lulu.   I love snow skiing, reading, running, all things Virginia Tech related, and spending time with my family and friends.
