English

Honors English III (fall or spring semester)

Honors English IV (fall or spring semester- seniors only)

Math

NC Math 3 Honors (fall semester- must take junior year if you have not already)

NC Math 4 Honors (spring semester- counts as a fourth math for graduation requirements, must complete Math III first)

Social Studies

Honors Civic Literacy (spring semester)

Honors Economics and Personal Finance (fall or spring semester)

Honors American History (fall or spring semester)

Science

All high school science classes will be virtual for the 2026-27 school year. Virtual courses are asynchronus and do not have a designated meeting time or space. Students need to plan time in their schedules to work on the courses and will be expected to check in with Levine staff throughout the semester. If students are not making satisfactory progress in the course, they will be required to schedule time to work on it at school. 

Options for science classes are Honors Earth and Environmental Science, AP Environmental Science (year-long), Honors Chemistry, Honors Physics, and Honors Biology. Honors classes can be taken either fall or spring semester.

Virtual Course Availability

Courses offered at Levine may not be taken virtually. Students needing a high school course (a world language, World History, or Health and PE) that is not offered at Levine have the option of taking it virtually through NCVPS or Edgenuity. These are asynchronous courses posted in modules. Most virtual courses are semester long. 

*Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, the only AP course Levine will be allowed to offer is AP Environmental Science virtually.
