Curriculum Planning Guides

CPCC has developed recommended curriculum plans based on major that will best prepare you to transfer into your planned major.  Please keep in mind that these plans do not include any high school classes you may need.  These are very helpful if you know which major you want to go into but aren't sure which college you want to go to, or want to go to a college outside of the UNC system.

Universities in the UNC system have also developed suggested curriculum plans to help students identify pathways that will lead them from associate degree completion to admission into a major at a UNC System university, and finally to baccalaureate completion. (Scroll down to "CAA Baccalaureate Degree Plans".)  Baccalaureate degree plans aren’t in place for all majors at every institution, and CPCC may not offer every course that is on the suggested plan.  These are an excellent resource if you know a specific college in the UNC system that you would want to transfer to.                                                                                                       --------------------> View my screencast on how to use the UNC curriculum plans here
