After receiving notification (via email) that your application has been approved, you must immediately pay your registration fee.

You will receive instructions on how to proceed to pay for your permit.
Once you have paid for the permit then you follow the instructions of the email you previously received where/when/how to pick up your permit.
Bring your paid receipt and the other documents to the pick-up location.
