Application Process
In order to attend RMS, families must complete the CMS Magnet Lottery process. There is no additional application necessary to register to attend RMS. Families will be notified by the CMS Student Placement office regarding their acceptance or waitlist.
CMS School Choice Lottery (Dates TBD)
1. Visit CMSChoice.org to complete the lottery application
2. Use your student's ID Number and PIN that is sent home with students on the student placement letter for the following school year. (If you need a new pin, please contact the school you are currently enrolled in.)
3. Make your school choice!
Information will be sent home to families following the closing of the lottery.
High School IB Programs
If your family decides to have the student continue in the IB program after middle school, East Meck, Myers Park, & Ballantyne Ridge High Schools are an option.
