Orchestra 7 Information

The 7th grade orchestra is our intermediate level orchestra at Northridge. We accept all students who are willing to work hard, practice, and follow the expectations of being an excellent musician. This class includes a combination of beginning and intermediate students. Students will complete assignments posted in Canvas corresponding to their level.

Required Supplies

Most of the supplies listed below will be provided by a free loan from our NRMS instrument and music inventory. Students are required to bring these materials to class each day. • Shoulder Rest for Violinists and Violists

• Endpin anchor or Endpin stop for Cello/Bass

• Tuners & metronomes (free online tuner Tuner Ninja)

• One pack of Strings for your personal violin or viola
