Complaints Procedure
When Students, Parents and/or Guardians have a concern related to the IB Programme at ARMS, they should do the following:
Classroom-based concerns (grades, instructional practices, etc.)
Address concerns directly with teacher- via email, phone call, or a conference
Escalate concerns to
IB MYP/Magnet Coordinator
School counselor (assigned to student by grade level)
Assistant principal (assigned to student by last name alpha, or to specific departments)
Escalate concerns to Principal
Escalate concerns to Area Superintendent
Escalate concerns to the school district
On the district website, there is a subsection for the Board of Education where the elected representatives of neighborhoods and communities can hear and address family concerns. https://www.cmsk12.org/
