Many issues can be solved by "Power Washing" a Chromebook. Try Power Washing before making a student tech ticket.
ALL student tech issues require a ticket created here. Once a ticket is created, if it is a device issue, have the student bring the device to the Media Center.
New Student Instructions:
Submit a Student Tech Help Request
Print the Student Technology Agreement. Instruct the student to bring the form home and have it signed by their parent/guardian and return to their Homeroom (HR) teacher. HR teachers will keep the signed form in their classrooms.
We will email the HR teacher when the Chromebook/charger is ready. Students may not acquire the device until the Technology Agreement form is signed and returned to the HR teacher.
