Find initial student login instructions here

Teachers can reset student passwords. Find directions here. School staff cannot reset 6-digit pins. Submit a ticket to reset those here. Turnaround time for pin resets is one business day.

Students logging in at home/outside of CMS will need to login normally to Launchpad, then login again with the @student.cms.k12.nc.us included after their ID number as their username. See full directions here.
