Hello students and families!
My name is Meredith Krueger and I am very excited for another year in 3rd grade at Olde Providence! More importantly, I am excited to be your third grade teacher! My goal this school year is to develop a positive relationship with you and your child as we build a positive classroom community. I am very confident that we will have an amazing school year!
As we anticipate the beginning of the school year, I thought you might like to know a little bit about me. This is my nineteenth year of teaching and my fourth year at OP. I am thrilled to be at such an amazing school that is rooted in the community. My family moved to Charlotte from Hawaii three and a half years ago when my husband retired from the U.S. Navy. Our military life took us around the world on awesome adventures. Our biggest adventure is being parents to our two boys; Alden and Callan. We also have two Golden-Doodles named Wilson and Wookiee. I am originally from Michigan where I attended Western Michigan University. Later I attended University of Mary Washington in Virginia for graduate school.
When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with my husband and our boys. Other hobbies of mine include traveling, DIY house projects, gardening and puzzles. I also love to bike and watch movies.
