Q: What happens if you don't have an email address or phone number?
A: Please use the school email address.
Q: What type of bottoms should the boys wear with the shirts? Can they wear shorts, or do they need to wear black dress pants on both days?
A: Only the top, group T-shirts are required. You can choose freely for the bottom.
Q: My son's uncle lives in Florida. Will he be able to visit with my son if he has free time?
A: Indeed. However, we would like to request written notice of permission from the student's parent for verification purposes.
Q: Is Mendotoray the final rehearsal?
A: Indeed. Everyone must attend the last rehearsal, which is scheduled for Monday, January 1,2 from 4 to 5 p.m.
Q: My son is in 6th grade, just learning to play. It sounds like this is a trip for experienced musicians. How are the 6th graders chosen?
A: Yes, it is a great experienced musician. This trip is offered for the 7th and 8th-grade orchestra and band. However, if there is a seat available, it will be
offered to 6th 6th-grade orchestra last.
Q: 6th grader's interest in Universal Studios. They had limited experience. Please let us know if there is space, and we will submit payment by 10/21.
A: As explained in the meeting, please register, but hold on to the payment.
Q: When can we sign up to be a chaperone?
A: Chaperone registration is available now and until 10/21
Q: I’m unclear how the kids who are going are chosen. It sounds like only selected 6th graders are going. Is this correct?
A: Since this is not offered for 6th grade first, the 6th graders are filled up last based on the seats available. However, you can register by 10/21, and if there
are any seats, you will get confirmed as registered.
Q: What are the allowable suitcase dimensions?
A: The standard carry-on size is 22 x 14 x 9 inches (\(56\times 36\times 23\) cm), including wheels and handles.
Q: If the first payment is due in 2 weeks, will you let us know if there is space for a beginner 6th grader?
A: Yes, the cancellation with full refund is October 31. The 6th graders who registered by October 21 will receive a contact after October 31, as registration was ordered.
