On the 24th of March 2026, the EE&C Cell – Higher Studies Club (HSC) of CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, successfully organized an informative and engaging session titled “STUDY BRIDGE – Study Abroad Roadmap.” The session was conducted at the AV Hall, D Block, 4th Floor, between 10:20 AM and 11:20 AM, and witnessed active participation from students across various departments who were eager to explore international higher education opportunities. The session was facilitated by Ms. Tania Veronica Sebastian, Regional Head at Santa Monica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, who brought extensive expertise in global education consulting and provided a structured and comprehensive roadmap for students aspiring to pursue higher studies abroad.
The session began with an introduction to the growing importance of international education in today’s competitive global landscape, highlighting how studying abroad enhances not only academic knowledge but also cross-cultural understanding, global exposure, and career prospects. The speaker elaborated on popular study destinations such as Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, explaining their academic strengths, cost of education and living, availability of scholarships, and post-study work opportunities.
