· A faculty is made in charge to take care of potential rank holders in a department.

· 2 or 3 students are identified from each section as potential rank holders.

· Their activities are closely monitored by faculty in charge.

· The identified potential rank holders will meet the staff in charge on departmental half days to discuss issues related to academics and the same is recorded by faculty in charge.

· The identified students will take all the three internal tests.

· They are expected to participate in all department activities like club activities, workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, etc.

· They can avail any number of books from library through faculty in charge.
