Using data for self reflection is key to developing a growth plan. By keeping track and logging activities that have been participated in within the schools, those numbers can be used to create a graph comparison to show where you as a coach are spending most of your time. Reflecting on visual representations of data (like the ones below) helps to identify trends, imbalances, and potential gaps in the service and support you provide. This analysis can be used to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement from which you can set goals for growth moving forward.
