Improving student achievement by leveraging the power and potential of technology is the goal in educational technology. In order for new technology coaches to gain the skills to empower teachers and grow students, coaches need to foster a growth mindset. That is what #ProOnTheGrow strives to create! #ProOnTheGrow's mission is to provide individuals new to the profession of educational technology coaching with the tools they need to become ed tech leaders!

2a-2h Teaching, Learning and Assessments--Technology coaches assist teachers in using technology effectively for assessing student learning, differentiating instruction, and providing rigorous, relevant and engaging learning experiences for all students.

4a-4c- Professional Development and Program Evaluation--Technology coaches conduct needs assessments, develop technology-related professional learning programs, and evaluate the impact on instructional practice and student learning.

6a-6c. Content Knowledge and Professional Growth-Technology coaches demonstrate professional knowledge, skills and dispositions in content, pedagogical and technological areas as well as adult learning and leadership and are continuously deepening their knowledge and expertise
