BEST Nissan Stadium Fundraiser
Hello Everyone!
Track and Field season is quickly approaching us and in order to get ahead we need to complete some fundraising. We have multiple fundraisers planned for this upcoming season. The one that will bring us the most money (and determine if we need to complete additional fundraising) is working game days for the Tennessee Titans. Transportation will be provided. All funds raised will go directly to support our needs within the season. Below you will find additional information in regards to the logistics of the fundraiser:
Dates: October 1st, October 29th, November 26th, December 3rd, December 17th
Departure Time: 6:30 AM (please plan to arrive at the school by this time)
Arrival Time: 2:30 PM (we should be back at the school by this time, we could be earlier)
Attire: Black Pants (no holes or leggings) Black Tennis Shoes, and a light-colored shirt to wear under the polo that will be provided. Anyone not in the dress code will not be able to travel with us.
Expectations: Students (and parent volunteers) will be expected to work the ticket gates at the Titans games. At the conclusion of the gate's closure (around halftime), everyone should be provided with lunch and then we will head back to town. Anything additional you may want/need you will need to provide funds for. Nissan Stadium has a clear bag policy as well.

Snack Cakes FUNDRAISER
To help offset the cost of the season we will be selling snack cakes to students during the day.
Dates: November 13 - 17, November 27 - December 1
Expectations: Athletes should plan on selling at least 45 snack cakes a week. If 50 athletes sell 45 snack cakes, we will make around $2000 after paying ourselves back from buying snacks. This is another simple fundraiser that allows us to make some quick money.
General Donations
We have a general donation fundraiser open for anyone who would like to directly support the Northwest HS Track and Field program. The funds directly impact our athletes throughout the season.
