1st Official Day of Practice: February 12th 2023

Time Trials: Late February

1st Official Contest Date: March 10th 2023

Montgomery County Championships: Late April

Middle TN Unified Sectional: Late April

North Subsectional (Regional): Early May

Section 4 Sectional: Mid-May

State: Graduation Week

Commonalities the Track

• Athletes are only able to compete in a maximum of 4 events per meet. (This includes relays)

• Athletes must be in full uniform attire at time of competition. (Uniform Top, Black Spandex/Shorts, Spikes/Running Shoes)

• Varsity meets are usually limited entry. (3 athletes per school per gender)

• JV meets are very limited and will be used for athletes needing additional development.
