Social Learning Classes

Social Learning class topics are based on CMCSS School Counseling standards and the ASCA domains of academic, career, and social/emotional preparedness. Topics planned for the 2025-26 school year include:

• Emotional Regulation/Coping Strategies 

  • Lesson plan (Kindergarten through 2nd Grade) featured to right

• Personal Safety (in compliance with Erin's Law/T.C.A. 37-1-601

• Cultural Awareness 

• Respect 

• Conflict Resolution 

• Responsibility/Decision Making 

• Growth Mindset/Perseverance

• Empathy

• Career Exploration

• Transitions (between grade levels, from elementary to middle school)
