Because your CMCSS email account is on a web exchange server, you may access your email from anywhere you have internet access. Before you receive your laptop, you can begin using your email account. Regardless of how you access the internet, your process is the same.
Log into your ClassLink using your "My Login" credentials. Click on the CMCSS email tile to access your email.
If you have trouble logging in...
Double check your password. It is case sensitive.
Make sure you have used your legal first and last name. We do not use nicknames in the email account.

Sign into your ClassLink, and click on the Employee Resources tile. Click on the Technology section on the left and select Email Signatures. Enter information and click Generate Signature. Copy the generated signature (everything between the gray lines - including the logo). Paste the signature into your email application by following the links provided at the bottom of the signature creation page.
Proofpoint Protection Server is the product name of the spam filter. You will receive an email notification from CMCSS Email Digest (spam_digest@cmcss.net) when there are messages in your quarantine. Please review this email to ensure you receive all necessary emails. Simply click the Release or Release and Allow Sender options to receive the selected message.
