The Technology Help Desk (First Aid) is available to assist school system employees with laptop requests, updates and/or repairs.
Technology First Aid is in charge of the distribution of laptops for certified and classified employees. During your onboarding, technology will either issue your computer to you or give you a voucher for pickup at a later date.
If you receive a voucher, you will get an email from First Aid (Sonia Koester, Help Desk Technician) when your laptop is complete and ready for pick-up. Please check your email frequently for correspondence. First Aid is located on the backside of Central Services Gracey. See First Aid location and hours of operation below. Be sure to take your employee ID badge with you when you go to pick up your laptop. You will not receive your laptop without your employee ID badge.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Employee Classlink under Helpful Links. Sign in as Employee. When your ClassLink apps load, select Tech Help.
From the Work Orders page, select the type of help you need to begin submitting your work order.
Fill in the requested information.
You will get a confirmation email that your work order has been received. You will get email updates on the progress of your work order until the issue is resolved and closed.

First Aid is located at Central Services Gracey (621 Gracey Avenue). The entrance is on the backside of the building on the corner next to Crossland Avenue by the loading docks. The door has a number 5 on it.
Designated parking spaces are marked and available beside the entrance.
