Open Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment Applications will be accepted from March 6, 2023, through May 19, 2023, for any students who live outside of the Clyde-Green Springs school district but would like to attend Clyde-Green Springs Schools for the 2023-2024 school year. Applications are also available at the Board of Education office. Please email Kim Spann or call 419-547-0588 ext. 1041 with any questions.
Intra-District Information
Intra-District Applications will be available beginning Monday, March 6, 2023, for any student living in the school district that will be in grades K-3 for the 2023-24 school year. Printable copies are available here as well as at the Board of Education, Clyde Elementary, and Green Springs Elementary Schools. The deadline to return this application is May 19, 2023. Pre-School Information
Requests for applications are now available for our preschool program. Students attend Monday thru Thursday, and there are AM and PM classes. The AM class attends from 9-11:30 am and the PM Class attends from 12:45 - 3:15 pm. Please contact Chelsea Sampsel, Student Services Secretary, at the Board of Education at (419) 547-0588 ext. 1008 to have your child's name added to the mailing list for a preschool application or with any questions you may have pertaining to this program. Applications for the preschool program will be mailed the Monday, March 27th.
Final Forms
We are proud to announce that our School District has partnered with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete and sign all academic and extracurricular participation forms for your student.
