Superintendent's Remarks
Dear Clyde-Green Springs CommUNITY,
Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! We are so excited to get back in the buildings and to welcome all of our students for the start of an amazing year ahead. Living in Clyde for four decades has provided me with a variety of perspectives of what a special place our school district is! Truly, this great CommUNITY can be proud of the schools it keeps! I realize that there is no greater trust bestowed on an organization than the trust a community grants its school system. I consider the care and education of the community's children to be a sacred trust and therefore, the highest priority of my office. I want to welcome parents, staff, students, and community members into a partnership dedicated to providing students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for success in school and throughout their lives.
Working collaboratively with our Board of Education, our administrative team will lead and guide the school district in a way which honors the trust you have placed in us. We will consider every decision with the interest of students as the highest priority. We will strive to provide rigorous and relevant educational opportunities for each student. We will do everything in our power to provide a school environment where students feel safe physically and emotionally. We will be fiscally responsible and transparent as stewards of your tax dollars. We will work cooperatively within the partnership to achieve the very best outcomes for students each and every day.
We are fortunate to have an extremely dedicated, devoted, and professional teaching staff who will continue to provide an elite learning environment for our youngsters each and every day. Likewise, our support staff is a group of hardworking, dedicated, and focused individuals who will ensure that our schools, grounds, offices, classrooms, cafeterias, and buses are safe, clean, and well maintained to ensure the best possible environment for learning. Our administrative team is dedicated to leading our district forward as we provide relevant and appropriate learning experiences at all levels.
Together, our team will maintain the strong traditions of excellence – excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics – that Clyde-Green Springs Schools are known for. To accomplish these goals, I invite you to become an active participant in your schools. Visit often. Become a volunteer. Look for ways to contribute and support as we work together to create a better tomorrow one child at a time. We will remain focused on excellence, guiding our youth, planning for the future, learning for a lifetime!

Board Member's Remarks
The Clyde-Green Springs Schools have been very progressive in making curriculum changes to best meet the needs of all students. We will continue to remain aggressive in making positive educational change in our delivery system. Our test scores continue to improve and our concern for progress is felt district-wide.
We have many devoted teachers, staff members, and support personnel who really care about the future of our children.
The communities of Clyde and Green Springs have been very supportive of our schools as evidenced by bond and levy passages over the past decade. We continue to be very appreciative of their support.
Welcome to the Clyde-Green Springs School District. We hope your stay with us is a long and productive one. Please enjoy our website and continue to stop back often. The site is continually being updated. Thank you for your interest in the Clyde-Green Springs Schools.
