You can temporarily pause your membership if needed, so it’s easy to pick up right where you left off. Please take a moment to review the details below.
Important Notes:
Freezes are not customizable.
Freezes can only start on your invoice date each month.
You must submit your freeze request at least 14 days before your invoice date.
Member are responsible to use all membership benefits before the freeze starts, as the studio cannot carry over credits or time. Class credits will expire.
Any bookings scheduled during the freeze period will be cancelled.
New bookings won’t be allowed until the freeze ends.
You may unfreeze early, just let us know in advance and we will make the necessary adjustments.
Two Freeze Options:
Traditional Freeze
Normal monthly invoicing is paused and a freeze fee of $35 per month will apply.
Available for up to 3 months.
Medical Exemption Freeze
ALL BILLING IS PAUSED: This includes normal monthly invoicing AND monthly freeze fees. Available for up to 6 months.
MEDICAL NOTE: You must supply the studio with validation from a doctor's office via email on or near the beginning of your freeze. Doctor validation after the fact or backdated is not acceptable.
PREPAYMENT REQUIRED: Your next membership invoice will be charged at or near the time of your request. This payment will be placed on your account as credit for your membership and will be made available to you upon your return.
