All members are welcome. This is ideal for those looking to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment and begin to learn verbal cueing.
Members should complete at least 20 Level 1.0 classes before advancing to Level 1.5
Continue to build your practice with more complex movements. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements will be introduced to increase your challenge. Members should be gaining more comfort and confidence using reformers and learning the language of Pilates.
Entrance into any 2.0 requires prior approval.
This is earned through 2.0 Workshop participation and a passing grade.
For consideration, a minimum 40 1.5 Flow classes should be completed.
ToeSox (toe separation grip socks) are required.
Members should have advanced Pilates knowledge. It is not just about one's strength and fitness level. These classes can be moderate to fast-paced with quick transitions between exercises.
