How do I join?

Follow these steps to join our chapter!

• Pay your $20 Chapter Dues to Ms. Wearing (Cash or Checks made out to "OMS")

• Have your parent/guardian complete the CSD health form 

• Complete the membership form 2024-2025

• Come to our meetings!
